What is the Multi-State Permit to Carry Class? The class meets the requirements to obtain the Permit from the State of Utah.  That Permit is honored in nearly 30 States,  including North Dakota,  Minnesota and South Dakota , making it a very attractive Permit to obtain. It is as close to a nationwide Permit as is possible. At these classes a participant also can opt to take the North Dakota written test if they prefer to also apply specifically to North Dakota; similarly, a participant can opt to make arrangements for the range exercise if they wish to specifically apply to Minnesota (however, again, note that the Utah Permit is honored in both ND and MN.)  E-mail me with your questions about these events!
